The Hornsby Business Institute partners with the DNAP Practice Doctorate program… to enrich the curriculum with essential business and leadership training specific to anesthesia practice. This course can serve as a foundational experience for students in the DNAP completion program, traditional DNAP track, or other graduate-level offerings seeking to enhance students’ understanding of contracts, reimbursement, practice models, advocacy, and entrepreneurial thinking. MTSA faculty or administrators interested in incorporating this course into existing programs are encouraged to reach out to the Hornsby Business Institute team to explore internal collaboration opportunities.

The Hornsby Business Institute (HBI) partners with nurse anesthesia programs across the country to offer seamless integration of business and leadership content into the CRNA curriculum. Designed and taught by experienced CRNA faculty, this turnkey course provides a high-quality, ready-to-implement solution that introduces students to essential topics such as contracts, billing, reimbursement, healthcare economics, leadership, and practice models. The course can be offered as a standalone elective or embedded within existing coursework, and is delivered in a flexible, asynchronous format with optional live sessions.
